Yes. Aeration and overseeding are mechanical services, so there’s no chemical re-entry wait time. The amendment blended with the seed is a biostimulant certified for organic farming and is safe once dry—usually within about 30 minutes. However, newly seeded areas should experience very limited use during the first month to protect germination and early root growth.

What do I need to do for watering?

Accepted Answer

Watering is the most important part of successful establishment. Inconsistent moisture results in patchy germination, and prolonged under-watering can cause new turf to fail. When you follow our recommended schedule, you can expect a full, even stand of healthy new grass. During the first 1–2 weeks, expect frequent, light watering to keep seed consistently moist. After that, watering shifts to deeper, less frequent cycles as roots develop. Your complete watering instructions will be included with your Service Proposal.
