Keep people and pets off the lawn until completely dry. Drying may take longer in warm or humid conditions. Normal use resumes once dry.
Safety First
Unlock gates and remove toys, hoses, and pet items before service. Clear access ensures full coverage and safe, efficient treatment.
Service Day Access
Mow before service; avoid mowing for 24-48 hours after. This delay improves herbicide efficacy. Follow OSU Extension mowing guidance for your turf.
Mowing Timing
Deep, consistent watering is required for best results. Maintain 1 inch weekly. Irrigate earlier in the day rather than late to avoid disease.
Irrigation & Treatment Performance
Confirm your payment method in the Client Hub under WALLET. Service may pause on past-due accounts per Terms and Conditions. Click CLIENT LOGIN above.

Need to reschedule? Submit before 6:00 a.m. on your service day to avoid a $10 return fee. Rescheduled visits occur at next route availability.
