Stops seed germination preventing new weed growth
Our complete 7-step fertilization and weed control plan, including annual overseeding, is designed to maintain your lawn in excellent condition throughout the year. Our highly effective weed control system eliminates weeds and prevents their return. Additionally, our included annual broadcast application of high-quality, professional grass seed ensures that your lawn remains as dense and green as possible. This plan also includes beneficial microbes and fungi, biostimulants, and specialized root fertility treatments, all working together to strengthen your lawn against various stressors. Biostimulant inputs are essential for revitalizing your soil, releasing nutrients from organic matter and soil reserves, and improving the soil's water retention capacity.
The Premium7 Lawn Health plan for cool-season grasses features seven treatments each calendar year. This program provides an annual broadcast application of high-quality, professional grass seed to ensure that your lawn remains as dense and green as possible. However, due to the omission of pre-emergents in the fall, this plan does not qualify for a Weed Free Guarantee*.
In this plan, summer soil biology treatments ensure that your lawn's ecology is healthy and active, while fertility inputs provide the necessary macro and micronutrients to maintain a healthy lawn. Additional inputs may be recommended depending on your lawn's conditions and goals.
This plan effectively prevents common annual weeds such as henbit, chickweed, bittercress, dandelion, crabgrass, foxtails, speedwell, oxalis, black medic, spurge, etc. It's important to note that tuberous weeds, including nutgrass and other sedge varieties, are resistant to pre-emergent controls and will be treated after they appear in your lawn, potentially requiring multiple rounds for control. Additionally, perennial weeds such as dallisgrass may pose a challenge to control due to their high propagation rate and varied reproduction methods, necessitating two to three seasons for total eradication.
*The Weed Free Guarantee ensures free service between regularly scheduled rounds if weeds persist for more than 21 days after treatment.
