The Commercial3 Weed Suppression plan features three treatments each calendar year and is a go-to for industrial properties, rights-of-way weed management, pipelines, and other non-residential properties. This program provides 12 months of pre-emergent protection against new weeds germinating from seed.

This plan effectively prevents common annual weeds such as henbit, chickweed, bittercress, poa annua, crabgrass, foxtails, speedwell, oxalis, black medic, spurge, etc. It's important to note that tuberous weeds, including nutgrass and other sedge varieties, are resistant to pre-emergent controls and generally require 2 applications per season to control. Suppression of this type of weed is expected however as the summer application includes herbicides formulated to address this weed species. Additionally, it should be noted that perennial weeds such as dallisgrass will persist due to their high propagation rate, varied reproduction methods, and reduced treatment count.

This plan does not qualify for a Weed Free Guarantee. The Weed Free Guarantee ensures free service between regularly scheduled rounds if weeds persist for more than 21 days after treatment.
